As we know these days use of GPS is much because of maps and different kind of applications ......you even through your location services or GPS is off they still get your location...
Now the question is how they get location even through our services are off . well the reason is here
1. so the thing is like a your using the map okey!! now you just turn of the GPS the remove the application from the background but you dont know the your current location is just stored in the memory....yes same thing they use to locate you....
2. As we all use computers and laptops they also provide your location.... now you must be SHOCKED like how this is possible laptops or computers do not contain any GPS ....the thing is as you use your broadband connections according to that what is your broadband connection from it getting the services according to that location .....they get your location via computers .....NOTE THAT its not an accurate location.
3. Even through you dont have a internet connection they still know your location by getting your near by network provider ......you know the mobile which are not android like they only used for calling purpose then how they get TRACED huh?? .....
well its your service provider they do provide your location even through you dont have a internet connection or GPS .....
#THINGS THAT HELP YOU KEEP PRIVATE -
1. First thing first when its says about privacy always go for VPN ... now its depends upon you which VPN you want to use weather its free or paid its totally depends upon you... it will never let your provider know your location ...
2. As may you seen whenever you surf internet it ask for your location so beware about that ...
3. Dont give a access to application which really dont need location like your playing any offline game and it asks for your location then think about it is really an offline game needs location LOL!
4. In your google accounts there is also setting for the location so make sure you checked that ;-0
#WHY THEY NEED TO DO THIS -
This data is important they sell it to other different companies as you know there is lots of compitations .... well suppose any company is selling the phones in india actually peoples like there 12 inch phones and sell for 12 inch phones is higher so the things is like a google collect all this data and sold this to specific companies . once they got to know their 12 inch phones are getting sold in india much so they will more focus on 12 inch mobiles in compare to other type of phone and they will get profit in this manner . as google provide them such data like in which location which kind of products peoples like google do share this data and help them to grow there profit as of company share some profit with google ....the things will keep working like this to improve user experince
